IMPORTANT DATES

 

Normal Registration (and Payment) Deadline: December 1, 2017.

Late Registration ($10 extra) Deadline: January 2, 2018
All cancellations must be made by January 2, 2018 for refund.

Substitutions and level changes should be made online by January 2, 2018.  After this, the system will be locked.  Please email any other changes to the Meet Director.
Schedules to be released early February (and before if possible!)

Before you Register

$100 per athlete / $50 per team

Get your Master Roster
Log in to www.usagym.org with your USAG Club Administrator’s account. Go to Member Services/Club Administration. Export (and/or print) your Athletes and Professional roster.

How to Register
Click on Register button (link above)

go to www.meetmaker.com and choose “Horseshoe Classic” Meet (there’s one for USAIGC and USAG)

click on the register button (top right of page)

STEPS:

STEP 1.  Fill out a Gym Profile
The “Team Administrator” should create an account.  Once you do, you’ll get an email with instructions.

STEP 2.  Create a Gym Roster
Import your roster from USA Gymnastics or manually enter your gymnasts.

STEP 3.  Add gymnasts to Meet
Go to the registration link for Horseshoe Classic.  Your roster is now in the system and you can add gymnasts.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Late Registrations
Registration Deadline is Dec 1, 2017.  Late registrations will be accepted until Jan 2, 2018 with a late fee of $10 per athlete.

Payment
Payment is due in full at time of registration.

Athlete Scratches
Refunds for any cancellations before Jan 2, 2018.

Updates
If you need to make changes (including coaches, spelling mistakes, wrong USAG/USAIGC number, etc) you can make it on the online system until locked (around Jan 2, 2018).   After that, please email changes to the meet director at shelley@fusion-gymnastics.com.  We cannot guarantee changes will make it into the program.
